Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor administrative programs and procedures in strict accordance with government regulations and the Vision 2030 framework.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure the efficient flow of information, documentation, and resources for ongoing projects.
- Analyze public policy documents and regulatory changes to assess their potential impact on Commission operations and recommend appropriate courses of action.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, briefing papers, and official correspondence for senior leadership, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage the administrative aspects of project lifecycles, from initial planning and budget coordination to execution and final reporting.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise guidance on administrative protocols and procedures.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date, secure, and compliant with archiving standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and enhanced service delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
- A minimum of five years of progressive experience in an administrative or program management role within the Saudi government or public sector.
- Proven expertise in program management methodologies, with a track record of successfully planning and executing complex initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi Vision 2030 framework and its implications for government strategy and public sector reform.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex government regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to draft professional documents and articulate ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with government-specific administrative software.
- Professional certification in project management (such as PMP) or public administration is highly desirable.
