Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making and program management objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data models and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and operational metrics for leadership review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions that align with government strategy and Vision 2030 framework.
- Ensure all data analysis activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs using data-driven methodologies, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in the implementation of data quality standards and best practices to ensure the integrity and reliability of all analyses.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a government or large corporate environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel functions; experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of the Vision 2030 framework and experience applying data analytics to support strategic government initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and the ability to link analytical outputs to program outcomes.
- Certification in data analytics, project management (such as PMP), or related fields is a significant advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
