Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that enhance brand visibility and reputation across digital and traditional channels.
- Create engaging content for TikTok and Instagram, including campaign concepts, video scripts, and posts that drive audience engagement and community growth.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings, ensuring our digital assets are easily discoverable by target audiences.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to secure positive coverage and partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience sentiment to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks to our brand.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communications materials in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and compile detailed reports to inform strategy adjustments and demonstrate value to stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a PR, communications, or digital marketing role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in TikTok and Instagram strategy, including content creation, community management, and growth hacking techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives in both languages.
- Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
