Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operational management of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Khobar and surrounding areas.
- Support the implementation of property management strategies using Salesforce CRM to track tenant communications, maintenance requests, and financial performance metrics.
- Conduct preliminary property valuation analysis and market research to support investment decisions and asset optimization.
- Monitor compliance with Saudi Real Estate Law and municipal regulations, ensuring all property operations adhere to legal standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to oversee property upkeep, renovations, and service quality.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including rent collection, operational expenses, and budget variance analysis.
- Assist in marketing vacant properties and managing tenant relations, from lease agreements to addressing concerns promptly.
- Participate in investment analysis projects, helping to evaluate potential new acquisitions and development opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of property management principles, investment analysis, and real estate valuation methodologies.
- Familiarity with Saudi Real Estate Law and regulations governing property transactions and management in the Kingdom.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a keen interest in building a career in the Saudi real estate sector.
- Valid Saudi residency (Iqama) and the ability to commit to a full-time internship schedule.
