Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections using advanced diagnostic tools, including comprehensive OBD-II scanning, to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
- Perform detailed pre-sale and post-repair inspections on Toyota vehicles, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly and documenting findings in our service management system.
- Utilize the Toyota Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) to accurately identify required parts, verify compatibility, and assist in creating detailed repair estimates for customers.
- Manage the customer handover process with professionalism and clarity, explaining inspection results, recommended services, and repair procedures in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Collaborate with the service team to provide technical insights and ensure accurate diagnosis, contributing to efficient repair workflows and minimizing vehicle downtime.
- Maintain detailed and accurate inspection reports, ensuring all documentation complies with company standards and Saudi regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, diagnostic procedures, and Toyota-specific technical bulletins to maintain the highest level of expertise.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, with a strong preference for candidates with specialized expertise in Toyota vehicles and their complex systems.
- Proficiency in using OBD-II scanners and other diagnostic equipment to interpret fault codes and perform system analysis.
- Familiarity with the Toyota Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) and experience in parts identification and ordering processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers who may have limited automotive knowledge.
- A relevant technical certification from a recognized institution, such as an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or equivalent Toyota technical training.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base and technical team.
- Valid Saudi driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
